AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings Program
AstraZeneca is expanding eligibility for assistance to qualifying patients who have recently lost their jobs, prescription drug coverage, had a change in income, or household size.
Expanding the number of people eligible for our program is just one way that we hope to help people who are struggling afford their healthcare.

You may qualify for one of the AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings programs if:

You have been prescribed an AstraZeneca product.

You have a Social Security number, green card, or work visa.

You do not have prescription drug coverage OR you are enrolled in Medicare Part D and have spent at least 3% of your annual household income on prescriptions this year.

Your yearly household income does not exceed the following:
