AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings Program

AstraZeneca is expanding eligibility for assistance to qualifying patients who have recently lost their jobs, prescription drug coverage, had a change in income, or household size.

Expanding the number of people eligible for our program is just one way that we hope to help people who are struggling afford their healthcare.

You may qualify for one of the AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings programs if:

  1. You have been prescribed an AstraZeneca product.
  2. You have a Social Security number, green card, or work visa.
  3. You do not have prescription drug coverage OR you are enrolled in Medicare Part D and have spent at least 3% of your annual household income on prescriptions this year.
  4. Your yearly household income does not exceed the following:
Number of People in Your Home 1 person 2 people  3 people  4 people 5 people 
Total Monthly Income up to $2,500 up to $3,333 up to $4,166 up to $5,000 up to $5,833
Total Yearly Income up to $30,000 up to $40,000 up to $50,000 up to $60,000 up to $70,000

If you DON'T think you qualify for one of the AZ&Me™ Prescription Savings programs, you may still be eligible for assistance from other programs offered by AstraZeneca or other organizations. Learn more about some of the other assistance programs.
