It is easy to include RSDSA in your will or estate planning, but we always recommend that you consult a professional such as an attorney or financial advisor to be sure that your will reflects your exact intentions and you understand the tax implications.

The most important consideration when planning your will is to provide for the needs of those you love. After those needs have been met you may consider a gift to RSDSA to support ongoing CRPS research or to promote greater public and medical professional awareness to ensure earlier detection of CRPS.

We believe that everyone can leave the world a better place and donations in wills can change the world—the impact of even quite small amounts can have a lasting impact.

If you wish to leave a gift to RSDSA in your will, the following wording should be used:

“I (your name) give to the Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Syndrome Association of America (RSDSA) the following:

a determined percentage of my state; and/or the lump sum of $....”
