Elise was a gymnast, dancer, and sports aerobics competitor when she was diagnosed with CRPS in November 2005, following ankle surgery. She had a goal and was determined to reach it. She has currently reached the Australian Finals.   Jessika lives in Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. This photo shows her kneeboarding for the first time after treatment for CRPS. Jessika believes in herself and her motto is
"Live life… uninterrupted!"
     
 
     
Yvonne Larity's goal was to be on the Olympic track team. She was diagnosed with CRPS in October 2005 and has had to alter her goals. She now rides competitively.   University of Illinois' Kayani Turner (11) played volleyball through the pain of her CRPS.
