The Take Flight with Hope Brochure was funded by the Medtronic Foundation and Endo Pharmaceuticals.

We are especially grateful for Elizabeth McBride Nielsen who donated her art work for the beautiful cover and for the individuals who told their stories of hope and transformation.

Single copies are available free for our members. Additional copies are available for $2 (members) and $3 (non-members).
